There are times in my life I feel as if I am drowning in my sorrow. This picture was taken during a major depression a few years ago. I had lost a tremendous amount of weight and was extremely ill. I used this picture to remind myself of where I came from and could go back again. Depression is a lifelong struggle for me and countless others.
The hand coming out of the water represents pain and struggle from within my soul. The water represents my tears and the crows represent the loss of energy for me in this particular piece. Water  Bird brushes  Don't remember where I got the hand...sorry.  |
