My best friend :iconsanguinemoonwolf: and I have decided to collaborate on a fun idea. We both are fans of Grimm Fairy Tales and wanted to put our own talents and ideas together to come up with something off the wall.

Rapunzel Demented has come from so many places, from Alice in Wonderland to Akira (yes, I still cannot believe I used ideas from a freakin' anime). I didn't want to make the story of Rapunzel the Disney-fied version. I wanted to add my own warpness to it. The prince is nowhere in sight, atleast he didn't arrive to the tower. Rapunzel is waiting for him still...

And the tarot card, that is the Tower. Those of you who know what it means, the picture takes on a whole new meaning.

The same stock I used in making the Tower card is what I used in the overall picture.

Thanks, BFF. I honestly had no intentions on making it last night. Some guiding force helped me with it all, and I thought it turned out kind of kooky. I wanted to add some Pink Floyd-like inspiration to it, I guess I did in a way. I'm happy with the finished piece. I replaced the original piece with a lightened piece this morning. It was a little too dark and you couldn's see the beautiful greens and blues in the sky.

Cool connection. Never thought of Rapunzel in relation to the Path of Peh:)

Great use of effects to add to the picture. Most of the time they end up taking away, but you used them all perfectly.
